Meeting point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Announced on the team WhatsApp groups before each scheduled class.  Most trainings begin and end in Lutry.  We meet near easily accessible parking areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bike and Run classes (Mondays) as well as the Course \u00e0 Pied Enfants and Course \u00e0 Pied Adults classes (Wednesdays) meet regularly at the Grande Salle de Savuit, just above Lutry bourg.  There we have a large indoor facility for our indoor bike set up, cross training with various equipment, and indoor games for the children\u2019s class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We regularly organize outings via a short train ride or carpooling.  This allows us to do speed work at the track, train on trails in the forest, and prepare on site for popular local races.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
